The LEAF is proud to host its Third Annual Harvest Hoedown Event!
Join us on September 7th from 2pm-6pm on the farm (65 Blueberry Lane, Southington CT) as we eat, drink, and be merry.

This year's Hoedown includes delicious foods prepared by Smokin' With Chris, a salsa competition, and a scrumptious fall-themed dessert.
Enjoy live music, instructor-led square dancing, raffles, games, and much more.
Why Participate?
The LEAF is a 501c-3 non-profit organization whose mission is to promote education through agricultural experiences on the historic 240-year-old Lewis family farm in Southington. We bring classroom subjects to life, incorporating agricultural farming practices that are socially and ecologically beneficial while connecting learning through hands-on education. Through education and the products cultivated at The LEAF, we work to establish the relationship between community and the impact of having a healthy, sustainable food supply. The LEAF is a place of inclusion where experiences connect us to each other and to the land that sustains us.
The Harvest Hoedown Event is an opportunity for you to show your support for all of our important agricultural and community activities - from school gardens to summer camps, food donations, and much more. We invite you to the farm this year to share in all the growth, achievements, and hard work that took place this summer!
